In the Gastronome Delicatessen, there are more than 40 kinds of salads, soups, snacks, pancakes and hot dishes cooked daily for your everyday meals and festive dinners. Just like home fried Rissoles, juicy ham, stuffed carp, delicious paella, pilaf, mushroom ragout, and of course the classic meat, cheese, vinaigrette and seafood salad as well as many other dishes cooked according to the special recipes of our chefs.
Each month we introduce more than 10 novelties to our menu in accordance with the season. Salted mushrooms (saffron milkcaps, wooly milkcaps, etc.), especially popular with our customers, pickled cucumbers and ceps as well as various homemade jams from local berries are some examples of the local delicacies available at the Gastronome Deli.
Along with the regular assortment of Gastronome, our chefs will be happy to cook any dish according to your custom order – stuffed piglet, quail or foie gras, stuffed lamb shank or rabbit, roasted duck or goose and other fabulously delicious dishes.
